Claims
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives for damage during shipping.
In the event your furniture is damaged during shipping notify us immediatley and
file a claim with the trucking company immediatly. Information about shipping
and a place for you record damage will be provided to you on a receipt given to
you by the truck driver when your furniture is delivered. Note any damage on the
form. Take photographs
of any damage including the packing and the furniture. Please forward photographs
to us. Notify us immediatly if you notice any damage. The trucking company is
responsible to reimburse you for any damage that occurs in shipping. We stand
behind you 100% until you are completely satisfied! Delivery
Time
Delivery time depends upon what you order. Items that are in our
Beijing China warehouse can be delivered within four weeks. Small items are usually
delivered within seven days. Items in stock in our Beijing China warehouse require
additional time. Items posted online will usually have an expected date to arraive
in the States. However delivery time may also vary depending upon freight service
in you local area. We
will give you our best estimate regarding delivery dates. This is our best estimate
only. We do not control the trucking companies. Do not panic if your order is
delayed by shipping. Changing
Delivery Destination
We will try to help you but we can not be responsible
for extra freight charges incurred if you change the delivery destination while
the item is en route. There is no guarantee that you will be able to change the
delivery destination while the item is en route. Extra freight charges may apply.
Return Policy
The high quality of our carefully selected antiques has resulting in many
very satisfied customers who shop at Antiques Beijing Sales Company. But we know
from experience that our customers do not return furniture displaying extraordinary
craftsmanship, quality, and appeal. And we keep you informed of every step in
the process from order to delivery, standing by you 100%. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days and
receive a full refund on your order. However, you will be responsible for the
shipping back to our warehouse in Beijing China. Items must be returned without
damage in the original packing. Please notify us immediately if you intend to
return a purchase. Authorization
from Antiques Beijing Sales Companyis required prior to the return of any item.
We will give you instructions on where and how to ship. We recommend that you
insure returned items for the full value of the item shipped.
